What makes Winchester MA a great town? | What's your opinion?

Everyday I'm asked, "What makes Winchester such a great town?" I always smile and say, "My list gets bigger everyday!" So what is your opinion? Can you tell us from your perspective what makes Winchester so attractive?
The three most common reasons are:
- Wonderful schools
- Quality of life
- Proximity to Boston
Winchester is a real community; a great place to raise a family. Residents are involved in soccer clubs, little league and organizations such as Family Action Network. There are community events every week including Winchester Farmers Market at the Town Common, Town Day, ENKA Fair and various other Winchester based charity events. Residents can get involved in the community by joining its diverse selection of community groups. Recreation clubs include Winchester Boat Club and Winchester Swim and Tennis Club.
Winchester’s strong commitment to academic excellence helps more than 90% of Winchester's high school seniors to go on to college. This, in turn, helps Winchester maintain its reputation as an involved community committed to enriching the quality of life for all of its citizens. Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence, a non-profit parent run organization, supports innovation and excellence in the Winchester Schools by providing private money to fund initiatives that are beyond the reach of public funds.
The community is committed to the arts. Griffin Museum of Photography, a nonprofit organization dedicated solely to the art of photography. Winchester Community Music School is committed to enriching the lives of individuals and the community by nurturing the learning and the joy of music.
Living in Winchester, just eight miles northwest of Boston, you have easy access to Boston's modern energy and historic charm. Cambridge is one town away, with Harvard, MIT and Museum of Science.
And, if should you choose to take the comfortable commuter train into Boston, there are two railroad stations in town for your convenience.
